Our Service
Your happiness and excellent customer service are our top priorities. When you visit us at The Code, you will experience a friendly, trustworthy, professional team. We want you to come away feeling beautiful and relaxed. This is our promise to you.
Appointments
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to you appointment. If you are running late, please if possible let us know. We will always try to be flexible but if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may be unable to carry out your treatment.
All treatments courses must be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours before your appointment. If not, you will be charged half the treatment amount.
Less than 12 hours cancellation notice, you will be charged the full amount.
If we have to cancel an appointment, which is extremely rare, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible and will endeavour to work a new appointment around you as best we can.
‘No show’ Appointments
This is where a client does not show to their appointment without any cancellation notice given. In this instance the full appointment fee must be paid straight away as the salon will take a loss by not having time to fill this appointment.
Clients who have previously not showed to an appointment will be required to pay for their next booked appointment in full, prior to coming in to the salon. Failure to do so may result in bookings being declined/cancelled. This is to be at the discretion of The Code Beauty.
Children/Pets
At The Code Beauty we understand there are times when you may need to bring your children to your appointment. However, we do encourage you to come alone where possible as, although we take every measure to ensure the salon is a safe environment for our clients and employees, we cannot guarantee your children’s safety. Particularly if small children are not being taken care of whilst you are having your treatment.
We have a strict no pet policy in the salon due to our salon being a sterile and hygienic environment and we require it to be kept clean at all times.
Pricing
We do our best to maintain a fair pricing structure and will keep our prices updated on our website and on Fresha booking system. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Skin/Patch tests
Some treatments we offer require a patch test prior to treatment. This should be performed at least 24-48hours in advance. A patch test is required for insurance purposes and to ensure client safety. It is up to the client to arrange a patch test, however you will be prompted to do so when booking an appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid 12 months from the month of purchase and will be in either a physical paper form or an E-voucher. The Code Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
